5. Payments and Subscriptions

a. Subscription Plans
Genpitch offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to the associated fees and billing terms. All payments are final and billed in advance.

b. Automatic Renewal
Plans auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing date. You can manage your plan in your account settings.

c. Taxes
You’re responsible for any applicable taxes related to your subscription or use.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You can close your account anytime by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

a. No Warranties
Genpitch is provided “as is.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform.

b. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Genpitch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Genpitch harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted. Continued use of Genpitch means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
