Viewing Your Run History

Your Run History keeps a detailed record of every Signal run—manual or scheduled.
It helps you track when each Signal was executed, how many posts were found, and whether any issues occurred during the process.

This section is useful for understanding how your Signals are performing over time and ensuring your credit usage aligns with your activity.

Accessing Your Run History

To view your past runs, click Run History from the left-hand menu.
This will open a table showing every completed and scheduled Signal run in your account.

Each row represents one instance of a Signal running, along with key details about that run.

Run History Columns Explained

Your Run History table displays key details for each completed or scheduled run. Here’s what each column shows:

  • Run Date – The exact date and time the Signal was executed. Runs are listed in chronological order by default.

  • Status – Displays whether the run was Completed or encountered an issue (for example, not enough credits).

  • Signal – The name of the Signal that was executed during that run.

  • Used Credits – Shows the number of credits consumed for that specific run. Credits are only used when posts are successfully retrieved.

  • Run Mode – Indicates whether the Signal ran Manually or as part of a Scheduled cycle.

  • Platform – The source platform where the Signal was listening (currently Reddit, with future sources coming soon).

Sorting and Searching Runs

You can click any column header to sort your run history—such as by date, Signal name, or number of posts found.
Use the search bar at the top to quickly locate runs for a specific Signal or date range.

Pro Tip

Regularly checking your Run History can help you identify trends—like which Signals bring in the most leads or which ones might need updated keywords for better performance.
